'The mission of the 311th Judicial District Court of Harris County is to interpret and apply the law consistently and impartially; where appropriate, use discretion wisely; and earn the respect and confidence of the public by treating individuals with fairness, equality and respect.' The day that I was sworn into office, January 1, 2019, I decided that a mission statement was needed. My goal for the mission statement was two-fold; to set the tone for the court and to serve as a reminder of my purpose for being elected as your Judge of the 311th District Court.  I hope I've exceeded your expectations.
